Our campground operates in an outdoor environment where weather conditions, wildfire smoke, and changes in air quality can occur. • Traffic delays or congestion
• Highway closures or road conditions
• Vehicle breakdowns or accidents
• Missed flights or other transportation delays
• Illness or injury
• Changes in travel plans or other unforeseen circumstancesWe strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations and interruptions. Coverage varies by provider and policy, so guests should confirm directly with their insurer what circumstances are covered.
3. No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive by 9:30 p.m. on their scheduled arrival date and have not contacted the campground to arrange for a late arrival or next-day check-in will be considered a no-show and the reservation will be cancelled.

If an official evacuation order is issued by the applicable authorities and prevents guests from accessing or staying at the campground, affected reservations will receive a full refund for the nights affected during the reservation period.
